So you’re out there, pumping out the k’s and your Ipod has just finished the third cycle of its random selection. You need something new to listen to. Try a podcast. You can get anything from professional programs in audio to uni students’ podcasting in their dorms, either way there’s plenty of knowledge out there about endurance sports and you’re sure to learn a thing or two.
